If "vcgencmd" and "tvservice" doesn't work on your Raspberry pi 4 like this:
pi@raspberrypi:~ $ vcgencmd display_power 0
display_power=1
pi@raspberrypi:~ $ tvservice -l
tvservice is not supported when using the vc4-kms-v3d driver.
Similar features are available with standard linux tools
such as modetest from libdrm-tests.

AddRemove scren saver
In order to prevent sleep mode in Desktop mode, we will simply add a screensaver since it is not present by default, and we will be able to configure it precisely to prevent sleep mode.
- Open the terminal and type the command :
sudo apt-get install xscreensaver
- Reboot the Rasp.
- go to the applications / Menu / Preferences / Screensaver.
- In the window that opens, all that's left is to choose to disable the screensaver from the drop-down list at the top left.
